Our office offers in office triage by phone during normal business hours. After hours, the phone system will automatically connect you to a pediatric trained nurse line who will be happy to answer questions and triage your calls. There is a provider on call  if needed and that nurse line can connect you as needed. The after hours phone service is for emergent/urgent matters that cannot wait till the office opens. The nurse line is not able to schedule or cancel appointments or refill prescriptions.

Insurance & Payment

Thank you for choosing us as your pediatricians.  We are committed to the health, welfare and successful treatment of every child in our practice regardless of their insurance, sex, race, religion or national origin.

Payment for services rendered is considered part of your treatment.  We make every effort to control our costs and ask that you cooperate with us in that effort.

The adult accompanying a minor is responsible for the full payment of the copay, if applicable, and full payment for services rendered if there is no billable insurance at the time the service is rendered, regardless of legal settlements or court orders directed toward the parents of the child seeking treatment.  We do offer a 25% discount for Self-Pay patients if the fee is paid in full at the time services are rendered. The practice accepts, cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

The following is a list of insurance companies that we are contracted with.  Some companies, such as Carefirst Blue Cross Blue Shield have plans that we are NOT participating with.  It is in your best interest to contact the insurance company directly or look on-line for participation status.

Although we participate with these companies, it is your responsibility to know what is covered by your policy.

We will submit to secondary insurance if we are contracted with that plan.

COPAYS are due at the time services are rendered regardless of who accompanies the child to their appointment.

Failure to pay your copay at the time of your visit a NOPAY COPAY FEE of $20.00 will be accessed to your account.  A NOSHOW fee of $25.00 is accessed to accounts that fail to cancel their appointment.  An AFTER-HOURS fee of $40.00 is accessed to an account that has an after-hours appointment scheduled.  An after-hours appointment is one that is after 7:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday; after 5:00 on Friday; 12:00 noon on Saturdays and Sundays and all holidays.

Payment of any balance after your insurance has paid is due upon receipt of our statement, not to exceed 30 days.
